A. Dacus Obituary
Tom was a great father and a wonderful husband. He worked hard for his family in shipping for 25 years at Carotell Paperboard in Taylors. He will remain in the hearts of many forever.
Tom leaves to cherish his memory to his wife of 43 years, Mrs. Sandra "Mrs. Sandy" Dacus; children, Monica Killen, Thomas Dacus, and Erica Mattox and their spouses; as well as six incredible grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Edisto Island Church of Christ, P.O. Box 62, Edisto Island, SC 29438 or Edgewood Baptist Church, 107 Meadow Wood Drive, Greenville, SC 29615.
A memorial service will be held Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at 6 p.m. at Edgewood Baptist Church, where the family will receive friends 30 minutes prior. A graveside service will be held Wednesday, July 8, 2009, at 3 p.m. at Woodlawn Memorial Park.
