Addie Rae Comstock

COMSTOCK, Addie Rae, of Saginaw, Michigan passed away on November 2, 2013 at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital in Commerce Township, Michigan at the age of 81. Addie was born on May 14, 1932 in Snow Hill, North Carolina to John and Zona (Wise) Hinnant. Wife of the late Harry, Mother of Deborah (Scott) Kaleyta of Saginaw, Sandra (Larry) Spafford of Davisburg and Jodi DeLavern of Commerce Township. Sister of Pearline Stepp, Phillip (Marie) Hinnant, Elaine (Harry) Joyner and Rockwell (Pat) Hinnant. Grandmother of 6 and Great-Grandmother of 8 and several nieces and nephews. Rae was preceded in death by a son, Chester DeLavern, and by two brothers and two sisters, Harold and John Hinnant, Ramona Beaman and Linda Speight. Rae also leaves behind her beloved dog Nicky. Rae was employed at General Motors for 25 years until her retirement. She enjoyed spending time with family and loved being with her grandchildren. Cremation has taken place.
Visitation will take place on Friday, November 8, 2013 from 11:00 a.m. until a Memorial Service at 12:00 noon at the Snow Funeral Home, 3775 North Center Road in Saginaw, Michigan.
