February 5, 1932 to September 1, 2016
Peacefully at Toronto Western Hospital, on September 1, 2016 in her 85th year. Predeceased by her husband Joao.
Loving mother of Victor (Lucy), Lucia (Carlos) Costa, Adelaide (Frank) Sa, Eleanor (Tony) Machado, Rosa (Tony) Ferreira, John, Joe (the late Anna), Teresa and Maggie (John) Machado. Dear grandmother of Chantelle, Jeffrey, Rosalina, Carrie, Melissa, Megan, Alicia, Brittany, Sean and Tiffani and great-grandmother of Madison, Emily, Samantha, Evan, Vanessa, Isabella and Aubry.
Friends may come at the Cardinal Funeral Home, 366 Bathurst Street (near Dundas), on Monday, September 5, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.
Funeral Mass to be held on Tuesday, September 6, 2016 at St. Agnes Catholic Church (Grace St. and Dundas St.). Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

I pray my grandmother may know that she will always be will me, even though she has passed and gone to heaven. May she know she is my mother and I will carry her in my heart every single day for the rest of my life. She is part of me forever. She will be so greatly missed and I will mourn for her for the rest of my days. I know she is one of my Guardian Angels now and I pray for her to continue to watch over me and help guide me through life. Vovo, you will never truly be gone for you are always here with me. I'll love you always forever Vovo. May you be at peace now smiling down upon us. With all of my love, always, I pray in the name of the Lord.
