Adoracion R. Poon (nee Del Rio) of Washington Township, on December 8, 2004. Age 92 years.
Born in Nagcarlan, Laguna, Philippines, Adoracion came to the United States in December 1972. She earned her citizenship in 1986. Adoracion was a homemaker who enjoyed cooking for her family. She will be remembered as a loving, caring woman who always placed others needs before her own and loved her family very much.
Beloved wife of the late Clemente. Loving mother of Salvador and Romulo Poon, Yolanda Umali, Edith Tabulog, Cyd Salalila, Helen Vibora, Delia Mendoza, Mina DeLima, and Nida Cosico. Grandmother of 37. Great-grandmother of 67.
Viewing Sunday 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. and Monday after 8:30 a.m. in the McGUINNESS FUNERAL HOME, 573 Egg Harbor Road, Washington Township. Mass of Christian Burial Monday 10 a.m. in the Church of the Holy Family, Hurffville Road, Washington Township. Interment Hillcrest Memorial Park, Washington Township.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation, 325 Chestnut Street, Suite 725, Philadelphia, PA 19106.
