Lifelong resident of Castle Shannon, passed away peacefully on Thursday, October 18, 2018, at the age of 88. Beloved wife of the late Charles R. Kelly, retired police officer of Castle Shannon; loving mother of Cathleen (Peter) Richter, Margaret (Robert) Rosky, Debra (Christopher) Kolson, and Patricia (James) Embree; proud grandmother of Nicole Rosky, Rebecca Rosky, Shane Kolson, Amanda Kolson, Kenna Embree, Kelton Embree; caring sister of Anthony Mikush, the late Frank Mikush, Raymond Mikush, Victoria Rogulski, Victor Mikush, Walter Mikush, William Mikush, Albert Mikush, Edward Mikush, Joseph Mikush, and Tillie Antonich; beloved sister-in-law of Veronica Austin; treasured daughter of the late Frank and Agnes Mikush. Agnes was a care giver to many people whom she loved dearly throughout her life. She was a lady who never spoke a negative word on anyone. She looked at life through the mentality that the glass was half full, not empty. Most of all, Agnes's love of life was her family. She was a devoted wife, loving mother of four daughters, and proud grandmother of four granddaughters and two grandsons. She was happiest when traveling with her family, or going to any of the grandchildren's functions. Agnes will be remembered for her beauty, always putting others before herself, and love of family.
