My heart is heavy today upon hearing of Al’s passing. My prayers are with the Behbehani family during their time of grief.
During my career at Saint Gobain, Al was one of my favorite people to travel with. He told great stories and was a great conversationalist on both personal and business topics. But I will miss his laugh the most. When I was feeling down, I would selfishly call Al with a joke knowing he would laugh. Just hearing his laugh would make me feel better.

Dear Mary and Family,
We were so devastated to learn of Al's passing. Our heartfelt condolences to all of you.....such a great loss to a loving family! I was on my way to the services, however, my car battery didn't cooperate! Very upset that I'm unable to pay my respects in person. Please know you're in our thoughts and prayers. I am truly sorry for the loss to all the family and my thoughts and prayers are with you all. Al was such a great guy! He gave me such great advice over the years and Al always had a story to tell in a special way. Each time I met Al we spoke about my soccer team in England and he was so interested. He was so enthusiastic about soccer. I have fond memories of him and can still hear his infectious laugh. I will cherish the memories of a special guy.

My sincere condolences to his family. Like a lot of people, I knew him through soccer. A friend introduced him to me and I was immediately drawn by his warmth and hearty laugh, as well as a nudge to be on time and boot up quickly! Since, I’ve met countless people through this community that have been lifelong friends.
Thanks Al and may you RIP

My condolences to the Behbehani family. Al was a great man, and someone that I looked up to and admired. I also appreciated the opportunities we had for us to both share our stories around coaching soccer. It was a passion we both shared, and those conversations will be missed. Though I only had the privilege to know him for 5 years, I'm thankful I was given the opportunity to meet such a great human being, he will be missed!

Please accept my deepest thoughts and condolences for your family's loss.
Al has been a fantastic co-worker, and it is with an immense sadness, that I learned he passed away. Al was such a good person, a role model and a good friend, always smiling, bringing good atmosphere, but always very professional, giving his best.
Al was somebody I respected a lot and trust his experience and judgment. He was the one that mentor me through my few years in the job, as many others. He was always full of life,....
I will cherish the time we spent together, at work and outside of work, and will keep the memory of a great human being.
I add a picture of him and his team in savannah last year, we will miss him dearly.

When people reflect on their childhood, they realize there was a cohort of teachers, coaches, mentors, etc.. that left a stronger impression than most. Coach Behbehani certainly was one of those for many of us who played soccer in East Greenwich. I remember him always quick to smile and eager to encourage. What a wonderful man. I’ll be keeping all the Behbehanis in my prayers.
My Sincere Condolences,
Pat McQuade
