My sincere condolences to the Mandel family. I knew Alan through the MS exercise group, the Turtles, where he was always cheerful and supportive to everyone. I really admired his ability to find purpose in his MS diagnosis by sharing his many talents and skills in the development of MSWorld.

To the entire Mandel family,
We were out of the country and just recently heard of Alan's passing. Our deepest condolences to all of you. Alan was a wonderful warm hearted guy who I always enjoyed exchanging digs and jabs with. He had a wonderful sense of humor and I so enjoyed my brief years of friendship with him. He will be missed greatly.
Very sincerely,
Gary

I knew of Alan Mandel as CEO of MSWorld. Although I only spoke once, on the phone, to him, he left a lasting impression of deep kindness , amazing energy and tremendously graceful suffering. Blessed repose and eternal memory!
