Passed away peacefully on 8th April, 2015.
Loving Husband and best Friend of Evelyn. Proud and loving Father of April and Nikki. Much loved Son, Brother, Brother-in-law, Uncle and Friend. Surfer, Filmmaker, Environmentalist.

18th April at 2pm.

Shocked and saddened to hear today of Alan's passing. He was someone who left the world a better place, and whose gracious charm & gentle persistence achieved so much good on so many levels. He was a staunch supporter of Australian Seabird Rescue in its early days in Ballina, and I for one am so honoured to have met him and enjoyed his company on some rescues. Vale Alan. Deepest sympathies to his family and friends. He will be deeply missed.
