Alexander Zotos Obituary
76 years old, of West Palm Beach, FL, died Monday, February 12, 2018. Alex was born on July 8, 1941 in Southbridge, MA to Costa and Eleni (Athanas) Zotos. He has resided in West Palm Beach for the past 39 years. Alex was a veteran of the U.S. Army where he was stationed in Karlsruhe, Germany for 3 years. He worked for the Palm Beach International Airport (PBIA) for 33 years as a Sign Technician, a Shop Steward and a Union Arbitrator. An artist at heart, Alex loved painting and sharing his paintings with everyone.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Joanne (Buccelli) Zotos; his daughter, Nicole L (Zotos) Abreau; his brothers, Thomas Zotos (wife, Nancy) and Paul Zotos; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by his son, Stephan A Zotos in 2005.
Friends may visit with the family between the hours of 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Sunday, February 18, 2018 at QUATTLEBAUM FUNERAL, CREMATION & EVENT CENTER, 5411 Okeechobee Blvd. West Palm Beach, with a Prayer Service to be held at 4:30 PM. The Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, February 19, 2019 , at St. Mary's Orthodox Church, 1317 Florida Mango Road, West Palm Beach, FL 33406. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, West Palm Beach.

My deepest condolences to Joanne and the entire Zotos Family. I am so very saddened for your loss, may God bless you. Alex was always the life of the party with his quick wit, I don't ever remember a family get together where he wasn't making the whole room laugh out loud! I remember Alex as being extremely kind and thoughtful as well as incredibly talented. He will be greatly missed. Rest in Peace Alex...

Alex was a true friend of many. I have known him for 65 years since grammar school days. Always had a smile on his face that would make you smile back. I grew up with Alex in a small town - Southbridge Massachusetts. I became friends with Alex about 61 years ago when he played in a band "The Domino's " , Alex loved Bo Diddley and sang that song well . I didn't know the family but work with Alex at PBIA maintenance and what I can say about Alex was that he had a great since of humor always happy to be at work. Alex will be miss by all of us here and to the family my prayers and condolences. JM..

I do not know the family, but I worked with Alex for many years at PBI. He was always friendly, animated and welcomed the chance to talk politics. He was a lively spirit around the airport! Condolences to the family.
