Alexis Vargas Obituary
Visitation for Alexis Jesus Vargas 26 of Round Lake is from 4-8 PM Friday January 21, 2022 at the Kristan Funeral Home 219 West Maple Ave. (2 blocks west of Rt. 45 on Rt. 176) Mundelein and from 9-10:30 AM Saturday (Family only)at the funeral home. Funeral mass is 11 AM Saturday at Santa Maria del Popolo Church (Big Church) Mundelein. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
Alexis was born January 25, 1995 in Libertyville and died Wednesday January 12, 2022 at home. He loved spending time with his kids. He also loved spending time with his family and always wanted to get everyone together. He enjoyed working out and playing video games.
He is survived by his girlfriend Alexia Serna, his children Vincent Vargas, Arianny Vargas, parents Abel and Juana Perez, his sister Jazmine Perez, nephew (Godson) Manuel Perez and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and friends.
He will be received by his grandparents Manuel and Maria Perez and Vicente L. Vargas.
The family has requested that friends and family wear white and black for both the visitation and funeral.
