FIELD , Alfred (Alf) November 3, 1931 - February 20, 2009 Alf Field, beloved husband of Jean Field of Calgary, passed away on Friday, February 20, 2009 at the age of 77 years. Alf was born on November 3, 1931, on a small farm near Kandahar, SK. He was the youngest of four children. Alfred became a contractor and left his mark on the countryside of Saskatchewan and Alberta. Besides his loving wife of forty-seven years, Alf is survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Carolyn and Ken Jonsson, Aileen Field, and Lenore and Ross Casswell; seven grandchildren, Jace, Nikala, Zachary Jonsson, Joshua, Bethany, Marc, and Shaela Casswell. He is also survived by a brother Dick Field; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by two sisters, Joyce Courchaine and Gladys Reiss. Funeral Services will be held at Southview Alliance Church (1436 James McKevitt Road S.W.) on Thursday, February 26, 2009 at 1:30 p.m. Forward condolences through www.mcinnisandholloway.com .
