Our warm thoughts and prayers are with your family, Alice. After I retired, you always teased me and asked me to come back to work at K-Mart. Those were fun times and I will miss you very much!

I am glad I had the privilege to know Alice both socially and work. I will always remember the last luncheon and the fun Alice had kidding our waiter and the laughter we all had. Their will always be a missing link at our lunches but we will have many good memories.

I will never forget you - the good times we had; all the jokes, laughter and fun; your wonderful family; your retirement party; the time we met you and Rita in Florida; Christmas parties K-Mart gave us - you danced all night and kept the parties alive; the Siebenaler cookbook you gave me; our very special last lunch on 2/11/03. I am thankful for the friendship we shared. You will be dearly missed!

Alice brought sunshine and happiness to every room she entered. Her love for life was obvious. I knew Alice through my Aunt Dianne. I know her loss is a great tragedy to the entire family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

I am very sorry for your loss of Alice.
Death is a very horrible thing. The night of the accident I was driving home on that road just after it happened and my heart just sank for those involved. I wanted to share a few scriptures with your family that can bring some comfort during these sad and stressfull times. My condolences to the friends and family of Alice.
And God "will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things will have passed away."—Revelation 21:3, 4.
"Blessed be . . . the Father of tender mercies and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our tribulation."
—2 Corinthians 1:3, 4.

My husband, Paul and I will miss Alice very much. We have known her for several years and know how much she was loved by her family and all the people who knew her. Her postive, bright attitude and kindness towards others was unmatched. One of the last things she said to Paul and me a couple of weeks ago at Axels in Chanhassen was, "I just want to go dancing! I LOVE to dance!" We know she's dancing now.

I will remember all the years that we worked side-by-side at K-mart. I always enjoyed going to weddings and luncheons with Alice. I always have appreciated the retirement party she gave for me at her home.
Will miss her and am thankful to have had lunch with her on the day this tragedy happened.

It has been many years since I have seen Alice, but I am sure that if I ran into her, she would have talked to me like I have always been in contact with her. She was always so polite and welcoming when I talked to her. In life, it always seems that you don't get to see people as often as you would like to. When they are gone, you realize this even more. Spend time with those that are here, Love and keep in your heart, those who have left. I am so sorry to hear the news of the untimely death of Alice. My thoughts and prayers go out to her family, especially my best friend Tom who I have known for 33 years.
Sincerely, Alan Tollefson
