ALICE TONDYLAIO (QUINN, KIMBLE, LEVAN) VASQUEZ passed away in Las Vegas Nevada on August 21, 2024, at the age of 60. Born in Hawaii, Tani carried the warmth and vibrant energy of the islands, sharing her love, laughter, and light with everyone fortunate enough to know her. She graduated from Eldorado HS in Las Vegas, lived in California & Texas, before returning to Nevada.

As a dedicated mother of four boys, mostly as a single mother, she took immense pride in her family, especially when she became a grandmother. She was a constant source of strength, joy, and guidance throughout her life, and adding resiliency as she overcame her battle with Leukemia 7 years ago.

Tani's presence could light up any room as she was full of life, always finding ways to make those around her laugh and feel loved. Her generous spirit, infectious laughter, and unwavering kindness will be deeply missed by all who knew her. "Her wings were ready but our Hearts were not"

She is survived by her sister Lani, four sons and their families, Blake, Brian (fiancé Michelle), Nathan (wife Michelle), and Charles III (wife Britney & grandson Charlie IV "Q"), plus additional family members, a community of friends and extended family. Tani was proceded in death 3 months prior by her stepdad Anthony in 2024, and her mother Theo Lynnette in 2011.

I think I first met Alice in 8th grade (Del Robison Jr. High) in Las Vegas. We shared our freshman year and early part of our sophomore year at Eldorado High School before our family moved to Utah. I returned for my senior year at high school, and we graduated together in May 1981. Alice and I were both in Concert Choir and Jazz Choir if memory serves me well, we may have shared other classes also. We were not close, but I did admire her from a distance. She had a sweet smile and had a warm friendly way about her always. I am saddened to hear of her passing and pray for God's peace to comfort her children and all close to her at this time of grieving.
