TURNER _ Alix Sheila 1954 - 2003 Alix Sheila Turner, born March 29, 1954, passed away at home on Sunday, November 9, 2003 at the age of 49 years. Alix was born in Calgary and after extensive travel, returned to this city, where she lived the rest of her life. She was a joy to all who knew her and will be sorely missed. Alix had a "beautiful mind". Alix leaves her loving mother Sydney of Calgary; stepmother Barbara of Toronto; three sisters and two brothers-in-law, Susan and Lane, Victoria and Cliff of Ottawa and Katie of Toronto; three brothers and two sisters-in-law, Douglas, Jim and Christine of Calgary, Ian and Jenn of Toronto; nieces, Alicia and Hannah of Calgary, MacKenzie and Haylee of Ottawa; and many loving aunts, uncles and cousins. She was predeceased by her father Stewart Douglas Turner and her treasured cats, Sheena and Little One. Funeral Services will be held at Christ Church Elbow Park (3602 - 8 Street S.W.) on Saturday, November 15, 2003 at 2:00 p.m. To forward condolences go to www.mcinnisandholloway.com.
