POTOFSKY, Allan Warren
At the young age of fifty-one years, on Sunday, February 1, 2015, after a lengthy battle with cancer. Beloved son of Sylvia and the late Gerald Potofsky. Stepson of the late Jack Rottenberg. Dear brother and brother- in-law of Jeffrey and Moika. He will be sadly missed by his best friend Janice Waters. The family would like to thank Drs. Kremer, Black, Zigby and Melnychuk, and the exceptional staff of 8 Northwest at the Jewish General Hospital. Funeral service from Paperman & Sons, 3888 Jean Talon St. W., on Tuesday, February 3 at 2:00 p.m. Burial at the Beth Ora Congregation Section, Kehal Israel Cemetery, D.D.O. Shiva strictly private. Donations in Allan's memory can be made to a charity of your choice.

I worked with Allan at ThyssenKrupp for some time. He was a sweet, kind man. Always had a nice smile on his face. I will miss him, and I am sorry I was not able to attend the funeral, I would have liked to attend.

During all the years Allan worked in the production and quality departments at TKA, he always showed an enthusiastic and positive spirit with a firm desire to achieve excellence in his work while giving continuous support and seriousness to his colleagues.In these difficult moments, our thoughts are with Allan's family and friends and, on behalf of all his colleagues at ThyssenKrupp Aerospace in Baie d'Urfé, we will express our sincere condolences to his family with a donation in Allan's memory to the Canadian Cancer Society.

My Deepest condolences to all the family. Allan , Steven Reich and a few of us grew up together in Ville St.Laurent. I have many fond child hood memories of our times together and will always greatly cherish those memories. He was a great child hood friend. Rest in peace old friend
