Suddenly and tragically on Sunday, January 11, 2009, Alyssa Leighann Beach was lost. She is preceded in death by her beloved and idolized big sister, Katie Beach (August 1987-October 2005). She leaves behind her loving parents, Kenneth and Peggy (Irby) Beach. Adored sister Jessica of CNU and the home; beloved granddaughter of Charlotte Beach of Ontario, Canada and Marion Irby of Nokesville, Virginia and Colonial Beach; loving God child of Sharon and Mickey Clark of Culpeper, Virginia and Don and Cindy Beach of Ontario, Canada. Also survived by loving aunts and uncles, Bruce and Kris Irby of Fairfax, Virginia, Rusty and Connie Irby of Stafford, Virginia, Bruce and Ruth Schinkel of Ontario, Canada; cousins, Jason Irby, Ben, Brett and Ashley Irby, Bruce Schinkel, Toronto and Laura Schinkel, of Ontario, Sarah and Matt Jennings, of Illinois, and Nathan and Carlie Beach of Ontario; special loving great aunts and uncles, Ed and Pat Holiday (Nanna and Poppy) of Bristow; great aunts and uncles, Peggy and Earl Connor of McLean, Virginia, Clinton and Maude of White Plains, Maryland, Lee and Bobby Kearns of Vienna, Virginia and Henry Carter of Warrenton, Virginia; special friends and second family, Jan, Casey, Sara and Vinny Fero; best friends Becky Tucker and Kendall Lytton; many, many second and third cousins, volleyball teammates and coaches. She also leaves to mourn her beloved and very loyal companions, Frisco and Mason. Pallbearers will be Jason Irby, Ben Irby, Brett Irby, Nathan Beach, Bruce Schinkel, Casey Fero, Vinny Fero and Ben Hilsen. Honorable pallbearers will be Drew Spencer, Vaughan DeLauder, Noah Lewis. Brandon Steele and Nathan Krueger. Alyssa is survived by too many friends to mention. Please know how much she loved each of you. If you made our baby smile, we thank you. Remember her beautiful smile when you see the sunset daily. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00 & 6:00-8:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at Pierce Funeral Home, 9609 Center Street, Manassas located on Route 28 across the street from All Saints Catholic Church. Funeral services will be held 1:30 P.M. Thursday, January 15, 2009 at Gainesville United Methodist Church, 13710 Milestone Court, Gainesville, Virginia. Map quest directions are not accurate. You will need to use corner of Limestone Road and Linton Hall Road to access Map Quest Directions. Please dress happily in celebration of Alyssa's smile and happiness.Interment will follow at Valley View Cemetery, Nokesville, Virginia. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the Katie and Alyssa Beach Scholarship, c/o BDHS, 12109 Aden Road, Nokesville, Virginia 20181. Condolences may be sent to www.piercefh.com.
