Amanda
You were the greatest cousin I ever knew! We had so many great memories, from my grandmas house, to your house and the fair :)
I will miss you and your beautiful smile and your infectious laughter!
I remember when you and Gary jr came over to my grandmas house and we ended up playing hide and seek in the yard and I believe he tackled me to the ground!
You are greatly missed!
I love you lots and miss you lots!

Tu Prima
Danielle :)
Hasta luega chica!

Denise, Larry, Lil Gary,
Amanda is an angel watching over all her family now.....What an honor to be chosen for this special task... I'm sure "BettyBoop" is guiding her through her journey....When tears start to flow, walk out your door look up at the clouds and remember that Heaven is a special place for Angels to gather. I'm sure she was embraced by her own gaurdian Angel and now is your special Angel to watch over and keep you all safe untill you can be with her again..
Love you all, Aunt Nancy

Suzette, Rich, Denise and family,
We were shocked to hear the news about Amanda and send our condolences to the entire family. Sorry we could not make the funeral. I remember Amanda for her always smiling. Every time I saw her or a picture of her she was always smiling and was a happy person. I know that is because of the family she had. Now Amanda is with God and is watching over you, she will be your guardian angel from heaven. Remember she is not gone she will always remain in your hearts and memories forever.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son,[a] that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

Now you have eternal life in his loving hands where your beautiful smile will last forever. Your service was beautiful, and we miss you. Hard to believe you wont be coming to our house again to visit Kendra. You brightened every bodies day. See you in Heaven.

I cannot even find the right words to express my deepest sympathies to all of you. What a beautiful child. The Lord has a plan for each of us, hard as it is to accept for those of us left here. She and Grandma will be company for one another! Please know you are all in my prayers, God Bless.

Amanda,
Today we had to say our last goodbyes to you. Your Aunt Suzette got balloons to release to take with you to heaven. It seemed kinda weird that some of them just didn't want to go but then they went up into the rays of sunlight.
It is still so hard to believe that you are gone from us. We will never forget that loving smile that has always been there though years. It has never changed maybe bigger but never smaller.
When you get to Heaven give Gram a hug and kiss from Us. Now we have two beautiful angels watching over the family.
You will always be in Our Hearts.
All of Our Love

Amanda,
Words cant explain how much I miss you already let alone explain our friendship we had. I will always remember all the memories we had together going to day care, BOCES, school and just hanging out. I feel so lucky to have shared pretty much my whole life with you in so many different ways. You valued friendship in everyway shape and form and changed my life in everyway possible for the better and losing you is the hardest thing I have ever had to incounter. Your my gaurdian angel now and I will carry you everywhere i go. I love you more then anything in this world. R.I.P beautiful never stop smiling.

I remember so many years ago, being excited to accompany my best friend Suzette on a trip to Maine for her nephew's baptism. There I met some more of her family that even though I don't often get to visit, they feel like a part of my own. I particularly remember a moment on this trip where little Amanda, maybe two or three years old was swung high in the air by her Aunt Suzie only to land on her shoulders. The giggles were contagious. We took pictures of each step of the swing right up to the landing on Suzie's shoulders. I recently dug out those pictures to bring back that memory, and these words filled my heart...

A little girl so full of life
holds on with tiny hands
wanting to be swung so very high.
"Don't let go!" she giggles.
"I won't. Believe me, it will be fun."

Years go by and loved ones watch
a little girl become a woman,
still full of life with hopes and dreams.
"Don't let go!" they urge.
"I won't. Believe me, I'll make you proud."

An unexpected fate, the young woman lies
unable to respond - not knowing why.
Loved ones stand near, holding her hand.
"Don't let go!" they cry.
"I won't. Believe in ME, she'll stay by MY side."

As time goes on, sorrow-filled hearts remember
the joy, the pain, the laughter;
all memories of her love.
"Don't let go!" they hear her whisper.
"We won't. Believe us, your spirit remains forever."

My deepest sympathies to the Rogers and Schlemmer family. You are a strong, loving family and I know you will make it through the pain together. Sending my love from NC.

Dear Amanda,
You were a special person loved by so many friends and family. The line to see you was out the door and spilled into the street. So many friends waiting to express their love for you. We put together pictures of your life and every picture shows this beautiful smile coming from you, and that is what I'll always remember. We will miss you, it still doesn't seem that you are gone. We love you Amanda

My beautiful niece Amanda,

There are no words to express the loss I am feeling. You are such a beautiful, sweet, fun-loving, endearing young lady and I was looking forward to all that your future held.

There will never be a day when you aren't in my thoughts or in my heart.

I am so thankful for the great summer we had together as a family and blessed to have been part the important things that happened to you.

I will miss that sweet voice saying hello whenever you call, our special dance that I'm planning on teaching Gary, and the argh!!!!! that no one else besides a very few will ever understand.

Take flight Mandi. Soar above the clouds as high as you can.

Love always,
Aunt Suzie

Words cannot express the shock and sadness I feel. Amanda was way to young for this to happen. I remember her as an infant and never missed an opportunity to be with her. I learned all I know about babies by helping and watching her. As I am about to have a child of my own in a few days I can only think of Amanda. I wish with all my heart that I could be there with the family in this time of need. Please know my thoughts and prayers are there with all who grieve this tragic loss. Amanda will be missed dearly but her laughter and love will live within us all forever. I know she is watching out for us all now, she is our angel.
Lots of love,
Julie and Tim Hall

Amanda ..
I have known you since you were a little girl when you lived a few houses down at your grandmas house. I remember riding our bikes and playing outside many summers ago. And i remember being at your house with Gary, jenn, and jesse; & seeing your room and all your posters and cute things. I cant believe you are gone .. it seems so unreal. You were such a sweet and beautiful girl. You will be missed, I look back at the times we had and I admire them. Now your with God watching over us... love you girl.
