She married Daniel Chase on June 14, 1997 in the Salt Lake Temple. Amber was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints and served faithfully and lovingly wherever she was called. She taught piano lessons for 16 years and enjoyed blogging at www.amberchase.weebly.com, scrapbooking, card making, and beautiful music, and most of all her beloved children. She is survived by her husband, Daniel, her sons: Blake, Caleb, and Ammon, and Daughters: Rebekah and Abigail.
