From a young age he enjoyed painting & drawing, he perfected this over the years and became a really great artist. He was a lover of dogs and rescued more than a few over the years. Preceded in death by sister Mary Ellen Harley. Survived by daughter Alyssa, parents Thomas and Catherine Harley (nee Higgins) and siblings Catherine, Monica (Dan), Helen (Frank), Bernadette (Bill), Tommy (Kathy), Christopher (Carol), and Bridget; also his fiancé Jennifer Minniti. I have three memories of Andrew. Playing in when we were kids, riding on the red power wheels at their house in Philly, and Tommy's wedding. In all my memories you were a wonderful person. I always thought we had time to reconnect, then time passed. I am sorry I let that time pass. Tom and Cass and everyone in the family, my sympathies.
