Frank has friends all over the country from his work on history and genealogy which he was always willing to share. He is missed.

I HAVE KNOWN JR. FOR OVER 10 YEARS, I HAVE HAD MANY GOOD TIMES AND GOOD FUN WITH HIM. HE WAS ONE OF THE BEST FRIENDS I HAVE HAD IN MY LIFE. HE HAD NO LIMITS TO FRIENDS, EVERYONE SEEMED TO BE A FRIEND, AND HE WOULD HELP WHERE HE COULD. HE WAS A DEVOTED MAN TO HIS FAITH, FAMILY AND FRIENDS. EVERYDAY, THAT HE WAS IN THE HOSPITAL AND I WOULD VISIT, I HOPED FOR THE BEST. NOW THAT JR. IS GONE, I MISS HIM DEEPLY. MY DEAR FRIEND IS GONE. I WILL ALWAYS CHERISH HIS KINDNESS, LOVE, AND RESPECT HE HAD SHOWN ME. I WILL ALWAYS KEEP HIS MEMORIES CLOSE TO MY HEART. ANDREW FRANK TATE, JR., THE BEST PERSON I HAVE HAD THE CHANCE TO KNOW AND LOVE.
I WILL MISS YOU MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW. JR. IS STILL MY BEST FRIEND. SEE YA LATER TATER
