Angela is survived by her husband Kent Nix, daughter Roque Christensen and husband Dan of Plano.  Sister, Alicia Pool and husband Scott of Stephenville.  Sisters-in-law Connie Culp of Howe and husband Ned and Betty McDonnell and husband Wayne of Houston.  In lieu of flowers, we invite you to make a donation in Angela’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association or charity of your choice.  To send condolences online, please visit www.branonfuneralhome.com.

I’m so sorry to read of Angela’s recent passing. So many fond memories of Angela as a warm, funny, and fantastic big sister to Alicia who I enjoyed as my classmate & friend. Angela cheerfully taught us the popular dances of the 60’s in the family’s huge living room - a popular spot for sleepovers. The Airhart home was a fun place to be & we always felt welcome. Anyone who knew the family remembers Angela, Alicia & mom Yvonne as very beautiful women as well as L.G, their handsome dad. I’m certain others have similar memories. Along with these memories I send my condolences to the family and my prayers of comfort from Angela’s passing.
Much love, Penny Flaherty

Angela was so pretty and sweet. Her grand mother Ella Wesley Hext was my Mothers Aunt. My Mother was Inez Wesley Shipman. Her Mom and Dad were loved by all. I kept in touch with her Mother until she moved from Amarillo. My thought and prayers are with her family. Heaven gained a beautiful sweet angle.
