Sorry for the loss. Mr. Fonzi gave me the opportunity to work for him as a troubled teen 25 years ago. Mr. Fonzi met me one time and told management to hire me as a laborer and maintainence person for his Gary business and then later as a dispatcher in Hammond as I went to college. Mr. Fonzi instilled in me to work hard and had high standards for me to meet. The greatest thing I learned from Mr.Fonzi was respect. While probably being the lowest position of his company, he always treated me with the same respect he gave his management. While this just seems like a good boss to most, I feel he was a great leader and person. He gave me a chance when I was headed in the wrong direction. Along with strong work ethic and respect, Mr. Fonzi gave me the opportunity to buy my first vehicle and gave me a raise to help me with college. My heart sank to hear the news and that I found out too late to tell his family in person. This man had a huge impact on my life and I thank you all for sharing him with me for the few years I worked for him.

Respectfully,
Michael Hull
