My sincere condolences on the passing of your mother. It's been many years since I've seen her or any of you, the kids. My memories are still fresh of growing up with you as my neighbours and of our exchanges throughout the years. Sorry that I can't express my condolences in person but will be out of town this weekend. May your memories of your mother remain sweet and wonderful forever.
