SAUCIER, ANNA MAE Died at St. Francis Cabrini Hos-pital in Alexander on Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at 4:30 a.m. She was a former resident of Cottonport and was living at the Bailey House in Bunkie, where she was cared for by a staff that pampered and catered to her needs. Her loving children were by her side as she was peacefully lifted up to God. She was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grand-mother. She is survived by three daughters, Mary Ann Guillory and husband Elwood Guillory of Cot-tonport, Beverly Ducote and hus-band Carl Ducote of Bunkie and Peggy Rabalais and husband Danny Rabalais of Brusly; a son, Charles Saucier and wife Joslyn Saucier of Livonia; 11 grandchil-dren, Scott Guillory, Amy Guillory Juneau, Blake Ducote, Keisha Du-cote Bergeron, Carla Ducote Jun-eau, Brian Rabalais, Bridget Ra-balais, Blaine Rabalais, Tim Sau-cier, Chantel Saucier Dickerson and Ryan Saucier; 10 great-grand-children; two stepgreat-grandchil-dren; and two sisters, Dorothea Oberst of Clearwater, Fla., and Betty Oaks of Grand Rapids, Mich. She was preceded in death by her husband, L.E. Saucier Jr.; her pa-rents, Charles and Minnie Dyer; and her sister, Margaret Carver. Visiting at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Cottonport, from 12:30 p.m. until Mass of Christian Burial at 2 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 25, 2004, celebrated by the Rev. Anthony Dhamaraj. Entombment in St. Mary's Catholic Church Mauso-leum. She was a member of St. Mary's Altar Society, Court of Pa-dre Pio and the American Legion. Pallbearers will be her grandsons. Arrangements under the direction of Escude Funeral Home, Cotton-port.
