Anna TOPECHKA Obituary
It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Anna Margrethe Topechka on August 16, 2012, at the age of 65. She was born October 6, 1946 in Denmark and came to Canada in 1958.
She worked 46 years as a hair dresser in Vegreville, owning Shirley's Beauty Salon. She enjoyed Thursday Night Bowling and Tournaments for many years. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and was very proud of her four grandchildren.
Anna is survived by her husband of 44 years, Peter Topechka; daughter, Roxanne Topechka, Nick Kouvaris; four grandchildren,Vavara, Anna, Stelios, Nikolos and Melina; one sister, eight brothers and their families, three sisters-in-law, one brother-in-law, and many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, Kurt and Esther Larsen; four brothers-in-law, Bill Topechka, Bill Cooper, Gary Larsen and Nick Gordey.
A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, August 24, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. at the Vegreville Alliance Church.

Peter, Roxanne and family; My deepest sympathy to the family. May the memories give you peace. Anna and I had worked together for many years at Capri Beauty Salon, then owned by Jean Severyn. You couldn't find a nicer co-worker and helper in our trade. She made so many clients look so beautiful on their special days. Rest in peace, Anna. Sherry Fedyna.
