Anne Margaret Foley, 58, passed away on January 1st at her home in Baltimore. Anne was born in Washington D.C. to the late Daniel and Mary Jane Foley. She lived in Annapolis and attended Annapolis High School, graduating in 1974. After high school, Anne graduated from Goddard College in Plainfield, Vermont receiving a Bachelor of Arts. Anne lived most of her younger years in Annapolis, Maryland prior to moving to New York City and Walden, New York. A lover of the Performing Arts, Anne spent her professional career working for Wolf Trap, Ford's Theatre, and the past 27 years for the Big Apple Circus where she was the Director of Ticketing. Throughout her life, Anne showed great kindness and generosity to everyone she knew. Anne was a wonderful aunt, sister, and friend. She is survived by one sister, Kate Winters of Bishopville, MD; two brothers, Dan Foley of Annapolis and Steve Foley of Arnold; nieces Anne, Catherine, and Elizabeth; and nephews Daniel and James. Annapolis memorial services are private. A tribute to Anne in New York for family, friends, and co-workers is being planned. In lieu of flowers, donation in her memory can be made to the American Heart Association https://donatenow.heart.org.
