Annette is survived by her loving husband, Michael F. McHugh. Her children, Kathleen R. McHugh(Dave Kurth), James M. McHugh(Lisa McHugh), and Regina O'Brien(Frank O'Brien).

Affectionately known as "Meemom", she is survived by her grandchildren, Michael P. McHugh, Jamie Schulz(John Schulz), Andrew Mendick(Nicole Mendick), Zachary McHugh(Cynthia Luciano), Bailey McHugh.

Her great granchildren. Alexandra Marczak, Emma Marczak, Gabriel Mendick, Adam Mendick, Quinn McHugh, Michael J. McHugh, Leah Schulz, Eliza Schulz. Expecting her 9th great grandchild early 2026.

Also survived by her sister Julia Sciarra and her brother Phillip Sciarra. She is preceded in death by her brother Harold Sciarra.

Annette loved, and was loved by many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Annette was known for her gift of gab. She was intelligent, inquisitive, and loved meeting new people. She enjoyed keepsake collectibles and her I Love Lemon Tea. She could jitterbug like no other. Early in their years together, Michael and Annette enjoyed riding through Philadelphia in his 49 Ford convertible and taking rides to the shore. She was known for her delicious meatballs, roast beef, and wonderful family dinners. Annette was an avid reader and enjoyed all of her books, from the classics, to the romance, and the Bible. Annette loved her family. She devoted herself to her husband Michael of 64 years and her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

There will also be a gathering in Annette's honor in New Jersey in the weeks following her service in Cape Coral Florida. Further details to follow.
