Anthony D'Urbano Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Jan. 7, 2010.
D'URBANO Anthony 19.6.1933 - 5.1.2010 A gentle man who lies peaceful now and still. He showed us how to fight in life, He showed us he had a will. He showed us courage and compassion, We won't forget his face, He did so much for all of us, He is impossible to replace. He truly was the family key, it is hard to see another, he was the force behind us all. Above all he was the adored husband of Adele, loving father of Fabian and Adrian and father-in-law of Leone and Diona. Dearly loved Nonno of Laura, Claudia, Jordan and Nicholas.

Adele and family - Our sincere sympathies for your loss. Tony's life story was a wonderful read, I didn't realize how talented he was at everything he did. My mom has been trying to get through it but has to put it down repeatedly because she's overwhelmed with emotions. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you all. Marlena, Murray, Casey and Ellie (Ottawa)

To our cousin Adele and family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I remembered whenever you visited, Tony was always smiling and happy. He loved to play scopa with my dad, who always had to win, but Tony would just keep smiling and playing. I don't think i've seen him frown. Wish we were closer to comfort you all in person.
All our love, Anna (Mancini), John, Jonathan and Nicholas Pratecante
