A resident of Baton Rouge, he passed away Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012. He was 52. Visiting at Promised Land Baptist Church, Saturday, Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. until religious service at 11 a.m., conducted by Bishop Johnny Ross, Sr. Interment in Beech Grove Cemetery, Port Hudson. He is survived by his mother, Ethel D. Franklin; one sister; and four brothers. Arrangements with Carney and Mackey Funeral Home, (225) 774-0390.
