Arlene Maatallah

Arlene Frances Maatallah, 43, an early childhood education aide with the Clark County School District, and a long time resident of Henderson, passed away Sunday, Nov. 13, 2005, after a courageous battle with cancer. Born to Fred and Greta Regetz May 6, 1962, she was a loving wife, mother, daughter, sister and friend. She is survived by her husband, of 15 years, Ben; her daughter, Rachel; her son, Tyler; her parents, Fred and Greta; her sisters, Carmen, Nancy, Christine and Tanja; her brother, Pete; her mother-in-law, Marylou; five brothers-in-law; three sisters-in-law; seven nephews and eight nieces. A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, at Palm Mortuary, 7600 S. Eastern Ave. In lieu of flowers, a benefit fund has been established in Arlene's memory to help provide for her children's college educations.
