Armando Lopez de Victoria, MD, 72, of San Juan, PR passed away peacefully on March10, 2022 in Roanoke,TX. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 9, at 11am at the Fellowship United Methodist Church of Trophy Club, TX.

Armando is survived by his loving wife Mary Ellen Cerroni, his children Vanessa, (partner Matt Maulkey) Sandra Loomis, (Paul), Andy, Melissa, Michelle Medina, (Luis) and Melanie, and their mother Carmen Bray, his wife's niece, Melissa Collins, (fianc? Andrew Parks) and nieces, Johanne Schultz (Neal), Eileen Berndt (Mike), nephews Samuel, (Mariangi) and Eduardo (Stephanie), and brother in law, Richard Cerroni (Sharon Nagao), grandchildren, Kyra, Jalissa and Isaiah Bell, Carmen Alexander, Jamison Collins and Emma Parks and a large extended family of neices, nephews and cousins. Special consideration to Susan Cerroni, and Maria Tosado Osuna.

Armando is preceded in death by his sister, Anadelle, and his brother, Samuel.

Armando was born in San Juan, Puerto Rico to Armando and Estelia Lopez .de Victoria, Sr on October 19, 1949. After graduating from the University of Puerto Rico he subsequently received his Doctor of Medicine from University of Barcelona, Spain and did his residency in Mount Sinai Hospital, in Miami, FL. He practiced medicine in Texas before moving to Farmington in 2005 where he was a Gastroenterologist until he retired in 2017. He was a supporter of the arts, he enjoyed bowling, golf, photography, scuba diving and relaxation at the beach. He also loved to watch sports with his family and attend his grandchildren's sport games. He was a member of the First United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers donations can be given to the Brain Support Network brainsupportnetwork.com. to raise money and awareness for MSA (Multiple Systems Atrophy) a rapidly progressive neurodegenerative disease.
