Arnold W. Levine

Arnold Wolf Levine, 87, of Boca Raton, FL, formerly Park Ridge, NJ, died peacefully on December 12, 2024.

Born in Buffalo, NY, Arnold received a degree in fine arts from the University of Buffalo where he met and married his late wife Jean (nee Schneller).

After serving briefly in the Army Reserves, Arnold began his professional career as an Art Director for Dobbs Advertising in New York City-amid the "Mad Men" era of 1960s advertising-before founding his own agency, Arnold Advertising, based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ.

A proud resident of Park Ridge, NJ for over three decades, Arnold was highly active in local politics. In addition to serving on the town's Planning Board and Emergency Management committees for many years, Arnold was elected to several consecutive terms as Councilmember on the Park Ridge Town Council.

Arnold and his beloved wife Jean retired in Boca Raton, FL where, as residents of Boca West Country Club, they remained avid golfers, bridge players and beleaguered New York Giants fans.

Arnold is survived by his three sons, David (Patricia), Kenneth (Jennifer), Barry (Kimberly), his four grandchildren, Elizabeth (Brandon), Meredith (Matthew), Benjamin and Tali, and his two brothers, Gerald (late, Lois) and Bernard (Nancy).

Service and interment are scheduled for 10:30, Sunday, Dec. 22 at Schwartz Brothers-Jeffers Memorial Chapels and Mt. Hebron Cemetery, Queens, NY, with a reception to follow from 1-4 at Savini Restaurant, Allendale, NJ.
