Arthur J. “Charlie” Jacobs, 62, of Orange, TX died Sunday, September 16, 2007 at Christus St. Mary Hospital in Port Arthur, TX. Funeral will be at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, September 22, 2007 at Mt. Sinia Baptist Church in Orange, TX with burial at Magnolia Memorial Garden Cemetery under the direction of Calvary Mortuary Staff. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. He was a lifelong resident of Orange, TX. Survivors include his wife, Lenora Harris Jacobs of Orange, TX; sons, Jonathan X. Jacobs of Orange and Paul Guillory (Shayla) of Nederland, TX; father, Joseph Jacobs of Orange, TX; sister, Gloria Fiesta Antoine (Gerald) of Orange, TX; brother, Jerry Jacobs (Flora) of Dallas, TX; three grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and friends.
