You are still remembered, by your patients and families and those who worked with you. You made a mark on our hearts ❤

Your son Sam did so well at his graduation ceremony June 10 2019. He mentioned you throughout his presentation. He mentioned his Jewish community and his Jewish heritage. June 10 was the 3rd anniversary of the death of Attorney Robert Gluck from Greensburg PA. He also was a humanitarian like you. You were fortunate to have a beautiful family who showers the world with love. SHALOM

I'm so sorry for your loss. I worked with Aviva at AI duPont Hospital and always enjoyed her spunk and determination. She spoke of her family often and obviously loved them dearly. My sincerest condolences to all of you.

I am very sorry for your loss. She accomplished more during her lifetime than most of us will if we live twice as long. Her greatest accomplishment was the nurture of her wonderful family!

I worked with Aviva at DuPont and she was remembered by many with much love. I worked in the PICU and took care of many of her patients. They all loved her as did their parents. Check my FB page for more lovely remembrances. I know she will be missed.
With much love. Barbara Applegate Jackson

So sad to here....such a great surgeon and free spirit all in one....my fondest memories are doing a bris in the OR with her... Rabbi and all...we all tasted the wine....what a privilege to be a part...and for my wedding she gave me a gift of a tea set made out of compressed tea leaves. She said everyone give a piece of china. It's been many year but I remember those times and many more very fondly. Thinking of her family and peace to you Aviva

Aviva was such a gentle soul and a real pillar in the field of pediatric medical ethics. She championed the rights of all children and we are forever indebted to her guidance and wisdom in navigating troubled waters. Aviva, you will be so missed,

My deepest sympathy to all family members. As a neonatal intensive care nurse at Children's Hospital I witnessed first hand her skill and compassion for the most critically ill newborns in the country. May she rest in peace.

I am truly sorry for your loss. Though she dedicated her life to the care of children her most precious love was for her family. She spoke of all of you with such love, pride and affection. She never missed an opportunity to share a funny story of her kids. The world has lost one of its shining lights. Cindy Cardwell RN
