BARBARA BEITZEL Obituary

Published by Legacy Remembers on Aug. 28, 2011.
Barbara Lee "Bobbie" Beitzel Barbara Lee "Bobbie" Beitzel was born March 6, 1936, and passed away Monday, Aug. 15, 2011. Beloved mother and wife, Barbara Lee "Bobbie" Beitzel left this earth peacefully at her home in Arizona after a long illness. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved and devoted husband, William J. Beitzel; her mother, Helen (Neva) Lucille Butler; and sisters, Billie Mazurek and Trudy Butler. Barbara is survived by her daughters, Pamela L. Mencarini and Donna Jean Mencarini (Gary Richter); her loving grandsons, Peter S. Rempelos (Stephanie Skoog), D. Lucas Teran and Cody J. Rempelos; her sister, Penny Van Der Haegen; and numerous nieces and nephews. "Our mother is also survived by her beloved friend, Jeannie Birkenheier." "God looked around the garden and He found an empty place. He looked down upon the earth and saw your tired face. He put his arms around you and lifted you to rest, God's garden must be beautiful as He always takes the best. God knew the road was getting rough and hills were hard to climb, so He closed your weary eyelids and whispered, "peace be thine." It broke our hearts to lose you but you didn't go alone, for apart of us went with you the day God called you home." Rest in Peace Mom. We Love You. Funeral arrangements were handled by Oehler Funeral Home, Des Plaines, Ill., 847-824-5155. Entombment was in All Saints Cemetery. Funeral services were private.

Mom, you can not imagine how much I miss you. But deep down inside I know you are better off where you are now. No more pain, no more pills, and best of all NO MORE CANCER. I love you Mom.
All my Love, Donna Jean.
