Barrett was born on September 30, 1956 and passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018. Barrett was a resident of Alabama at the time of passing. Graveside Services will be 11:00 A.M. Monday, September 17, 2018 at Swallow Savannah Cemetery with Reverend Carol Holladay officiating. The family will receive friends following the service at the graveside. Keith Smith Funeral Service, 128 Water Street, Allendale, SC 29810 (803) 584-2495. Family members include his wife, Jeannine Morris Boulware; one son, Barrett Ervin Boulware and his wife Rachel Priester; one daughter, Ashley Ann Boulware and her fiancee Jared Romero; mother-in-law, Deloris F. Morris Jenkins Memorial contributions may be made to Swallow Savannah Cemetery, P.O. Box 306, Allendale, SC 29810.
