To a special and wonderful family, our hearfelt love and condolences to all of you. Know that each day we pray that you may find special courage and strength to support and care for each other with much tenderness. As parents, you provided the best of love, care and guidance. Rest in this knowledge that the God who created and sustained, has brought him to Himself. With deepest love,

May God bless you Mr. and Mrs. Mulligan, your family, Heather and all the doggies. No one knows Ben like you all did but I definitely know that he was a great lovable guy who I shared many wonderful times with. He was a great "uncle" to my daughter Kennedy. Ben helped my wife Rebecca through the tough times while I was going through my double lung transplant. His help was irreplaceable. Ben and I had many great times and laughs together and knowing him as my friend was and is such a great gift from God.
