Betty Barker Obituary
A memorial service will be 12 noon Saturday, September 2, 2017 at M. L. Ford & Sons Funeral Home, 209 N. Main Street, Clover, SC. The family will receive friends 1 hour before the service.
Mrs. Barker was born June 11, 1955 in San Diego, CA to the late Donald and Nadyne Veitenheimer Stone. She enjoyed rodeoing and was an avid horse lover.
Survivors are her husband Calvin Edward "Ed" Barker; son Wesley Clark of Louisville, KY; step-daughters Tammy Schweitzer (Jeff) of Charlotte, NC, Crystal Heafner (Charlie) of Stanley, NC and Angela Barker of Gastonia, NC; sisters Sandy Reiter of Glendive, MT, and Yvonne Habicht of Fayetteville, NC; brothers William Russell "Rusty" Stone of Louisville, KY, Donald "Donnie" Stone, Jr. of Clermont, FL and Randolph "Randy" Stone of Palm City, FL; six grandchildren; two great grandchildren and aunt Billie Leonard of Muskegon, MI.

My Aunt Betty was "THEE Aunt" everyone wished they had and I was grateful and BLESSED I DID ! I admired her strengths, personality , kindness TO ALL ... she never met a stranger and had a way to make everyone smile and become an instant friend. ... that beautiful red hair and the strong will that came with it. The memories I have will give me a lifetime of smiles. She was truly one of a kind. I miss you so much. We all do. I love you " itty bitty Betty ". Always and forever you will remain in our hearts ! Now you can rest !!! I love you , sham
