Betty Jean Nonnemacher, 92, of Whitehall, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021, at Lehigh Valley Hospital- Muhlenberg. She was the beloved wife of the late Samuel "Tunny" Nonnemacher. They were married 68 years before his passing in January of 2016. Born in Fullerton, she was the daughter of the late Wilbur and Hilda (Eberts) Warmkessel. Betty worked for many years as a spool winder at the former Cands Fabric and enjoyed working with Bobbie Hetton Concession. She was a member of Faith Evangelical Lutheran church in Whitehall. She loved to travel and was a big Pittsburgh Steelers fan. Betty always had a smile on her face everywhere she went. Above all, she enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a devoted and loving mother and will be missed by all who knew her. She is survived by daughters, Beverly Sell and companion Richard Bushspice, Gloria Fabritze and husband Joseph and Terri Nonnemacher and companion Ron Butz; four grandchildren, Frankscott, Kimberly, Denise, and Stephanie; ten great-grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren. Betty was preceded in death by granddaughter, Kelly. Funeral services will be at held 11 AM on Friday, May 28, 2021, at Faith Lutheran Church, 3355 Macarthur Road, Whitehall, 18052. Her viewing will be from 10-11 AM at the church prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in her name to the Lehigh Valley Hospice c/o the funeral home. Brubaker Funeral Home, Inc., Catasauqua is entrusted with arrangements. Online contributions may be recorded at www.brubakerfuneralhome.com.
