Betty was always helping and was there as a parent and did more than her part for her grandchildren when they attended Norman Binkley Elementary!! She would help me in my classroom with whatever I needed as Lexi´s teacher. She will be remembered always for her love of family and caring heart!

Betty Ann Sharp
June 11, 2023
My sister Linda and I spent lots of summer vacations in my Aunt's home. She always looked and dressed so fashionable and young. We looked up to her,and would think we would be like her when we were older. She did everything with ease and no fuse. She was a Steel Magnolia that never broke a sweat to run a house and a job. I helped take care of her mother at one point,
And always received money and a lovely handwritten note with her impeccable handwriting. She was a modern 1950s girl that was college educated and life educated. As the lovely ladies of the 1950s leave us behind, they take their grace, charm, class and fortitude with them. My family was blessed to know her, and she was a perfect example of womanhood for sister and me.
For all of us that knew you Miss Betty Jane, you will never be forgotten.
