Beverly Foshee Obituary
Harper and Clarence Earnest Foshee. Major Foshee attended Orange County Public Schools and is also a graduate of the University of Florida and Rollins College. His military service took him around the world with tours of duty in the China-Burma-India Theater, as well as Korea, Japan, Germany and Vietnam. He was for a time, an Army pilot and aerial observer. After retiring from the service 6/01/1968 at Hunter
Army Airfield, Savannah, GA, he taught at Lyman High School, Longwood, FL. There he directed the Work Study Program of the D.C.T. and taught business subjects, retiring in 1991. Since leaving teaching, Major Foshee has been active in the real estate profession with James N.
Duggins-Realtor in Orlando. Major Foshee is survived by his wife Mary E. (McNeill) Foshee, daughters Beverly
Renee Harl (James), Bowling Green, KY, Penny Velazquez (Mariano), Orlando, son Neill H. (Patricia Bowden), Orlando, two brothers, Julian(Bobbie Ann) and Robert (Diane) of
Andalusia, AL and four grandchildren, Elissa Bullard, Jacob Foshee, Jennifer Foshee and Victoria Velazquez of Orlando. He was a member of MOAA, MOWW and Elks LODGE 1079. The family will receive friends Wednesday, June 10th from 6-8PM at CAREY HAND COLONIAL FUNERAL HOME, Orlando, FL. Services will be held Thursday June 11, 2009 at 11:00AM at the funeral home. Interment will be at Florida
National Cemetery, Friday, June 12th at 12:30PM. Memorial donations may be made to the Military Order of World Wars Youth Leadership
Program, 435 North Lee St., Alexandria, VA 22314.

To Penny and Family, I was saddened to see the obituary in the paper of your dad, especially since we had just spoke of him on Friday. As we know, none of us came here to stay, and knowing that, our loved ones leave a void that can't be filled by man. Look to the Father for your strength in this time of sorrow. Godspeed
