Dr. Forbus was an excellent dentist and a true friend. He encouraged me to be involved with organized dentistry. From the start of my new practice I got involved in organized dentistry. His example of professionalism and involvement in organized dentistry was influential and important in my life. I was asked to speak on ethics and professionalism at the University of Texas Dental School in Houston about 1 1/2 years ago. My lecture had power point slides and in that lecture I showed a picture of Dr. Bill Forbus and told the students what a great dentist Dr. Forbus was and how he had influenced me with his professional and ethical conduct. I continue to appreciate him!!

When I moved back to Dumas, TX to practice dentistry in 1980 Dr. Bill and Patsy Forbus invited us into their home for a meal and to offer friendship. Just being around Dr. Forbus was an honor. His example of professionalism and involvement in organized dentistry was influential and important in my life. When he retired and moved I continued to miss his association. He was an excellent dentist and a true friend.

I remember Dr. Bill and Patsy so well as my dentist, she the best worker I had for funeral meals, showers etc. The best crepes I ever ate just melted in my mouth from Patsy. Very sweet and kind people wherever you knew them.
