Billy Ray Jinks Jr. Cox Funeral Home Delhi Funeral services for Billy R. Jinks Jr., 49, of Delhi will be held at 11AM, Thursday, April 22, 2010 at the First Baptist Church in Delhi with Rev. Paul Perry and Rev. Clyde Piercy officiating. Visitation will be held from 5-9PM Tuesday and from 8AM until 9PM Wednesday at Cox Funeral Home of Delhi. Burial will be in Faith Memorial Park Cemetery south of Delhi. Billy was a Superintendent for Irby Construction Company. He is preceded in death by his mother, Georgia Dickson Jinks. He is survived by his wife, Jackie M. Jinks of Delhi; two step-sons, Chad Powers of Paradis, LA and Christopher Powers of Delhi, LA; one step-daughter, Catrina Ledet of Raceland, LA; his father and step-mother, Billy Ray Sr. and Inez Jinks of Delhi, LA; three brothers, Randy and Barry Jinks both of Delhi, LA and Ricky Allen Jinks of Creedmore, NC and five step-grandchildren, Breanne Baron, Nathan Powers, Austin Blocher, Kade Powers and Madelyn Powers. Pallbearers will be Chad Powers, Christopher Powers, Toby Ledet, Randy Jinks, Ricky Jinks and Barry Jinks.
