Blake is survived by his parents, Rodney and Jessica McGaughy; brothers, Jacob Ruemmler and Zac Brantley; sisters, Hailey McCary, Faith McGaughy and Anna Southard; grandparents, Kathyrn Brackin and Sylvia Rice; great grandfather, Donny Gay; aunts, Melissa Childers, Shirley Headley, Randi Lucas and Stephanie Mimms. Preceded in death by his mother Jackie Ruemmler.

I am so proud I knew you my sweet boy. how I am going to miss your smile. you were def one of a kind. FLY HIGH WE SHALL SEE YOU AGAIN!! He was a good man who was taken too soon.. He could always bring a smile to the room. I'll always remember the times you would come visit us.

Blake was a good friend of my son's. He would come by my office when he was in Jemison just to say hi and talk to the boys. He will be truly missed. My prayers go out to his family.
