Bobby Kee Sr. Obituary
Bobby grew up in Somerville, Tn and was one of 12 children. He began working full time at age 17 and at age 27 he along with his brother Harrell started Kee Brothers Construction Company, in which ran for 46 years. Bobby utilized his skills in construction to assist in the building of multiple church sites across Fayette and Tipton counties.
Bobby loved the Lord, his family, Chevrolet and Pepsi.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife of 65 years Jeannette Kee, one son Bobby Kee, Jr (Penny) of Brighton, Tn, two daughters Tena Kee of Memphis and Crystal Kee Rapp (Mark) of Covington, Tn. and Bonus daughter April Reed of Covington, Tn. Grandchildren Dorainda Kee, Bruce Kee (Lindsey) , Gabrielle Rapp Dauby (Jonathan), Reggie Reed, Katelyn Reed and Kaleb Nelson. Great grandchildren Spencer Kee, Audrey Gray and Zoe Meeks. Brothers Thurman Kee and Perry Kee, sisters Charlene Hurst, Betty Joyner and Peggy Smith. He was preceded in death by his daughter Dorainda Kee, parents Hosie Kee and Lola Markle Kee, brothers Franklin Kee, Harrell Kee, Ray Kee, Hosea Kee and Jackie Kee and sister Katherine Nix.
Services were held Saturday August 17th at Maley Yarbrough Funeral Home in Covington, TN.
In lieu of flowers you may make a donation to Bolton Full Gospel Church.
