His visitation will take place on Saturday, December 7, 2013, 10am-11am, with the Homegoing Celebration commencing at 11am at Williams & Bluitt Funeral Home, Peoples Chapel.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Turrena L. Lipsey, sons, Bobby J. Lipsey, Michael L. Peery, Martetz Carnes, daughters, Chajuana M. Lipsey, Cookie Peery, brothers, Terry lipsey (Sabrina), James Lipsey, Mathhew Lipsey, sisters, Emma Lipsey, Edwina Lipsey, Theresa Lipsey, Mary Lipsey, four grandchildren and a host of extended family and friends.

Bobby, you are in heaven now and you are in no more pain. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your wife Turrena and son Martezz. Thanks you for being a wonderful husband to Turrena, and a father to Martezz (Buddy).
