Brandon James Hughes, 32 of Edinburgh, Indiana passed March 26, 2022 in Edinburgh. He was born October 7, 1989 in Columbus, Indiana. He was survived by his parents, Gary and Norma (Howard) Hughes of Edinburgh, Indiana, sister, Danielle Sneed of Edinburgh, Indiana, nephew, Dakota Sneed of Edinburgh, Indiana, and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jane and Ernie Howard and Lucille and John R. Hughes.
Brandon was a 2008 graduate of Edinburgh High School. He loved his family and friends, was an avid sports fan, played football and basketball, and was a Black Belt in karate.
A funeral service will be conducted by Reverend Eli Johnson at 11:00 AM on Thursday, March 31, 2022 at Who-So-Ever-Will Community Church in Edinburgh. Calling will be from 4:00 until 8:00 PM on Wednesday, March 30 at the church and from 10:00 AM until time of service Thursday. Burial will be at Rest Haven Cemetery in Edinburgh.
