On Friday, September 20, 2002. Devoted husband of Virginia B. Taylor; loving father of Stacey and Jessica Taylor; beloved son of Bettie Taylor. He is also survived by five sisters, one brother, mother-in-law, Mattie Taylor; four sisters-in-law, five brothers-in-law, six aunts, two unles, numerous nieces and nephews, other relatives and many friends. Deacon Taylor will lie in state at Second Baptist Church, 6626 Costner Dr., Falls Church, VA, on Thursday, September 26 from 9 a.m. until time of funeral services, 11 a.m. Rev. James E. Browne officiating. Further funeral services at Concord Baptist Church, Chase City, VA on Friday, September 27 at 1 p.m. Interment church cemetery. Services by CHINN-BAKER.

I never know what say at a time like this. I would like to send my prayers to the family, and would also like to say even though T has left us suddenly he is at peace. I would also like say that he was proud of his family especially his baby girls as he would call them. I met T through a friend of his name Greg. He was helping me get approved for a mortgage loan. He treated me like I was one of his daughters. Braxton T Taylor rest in peace.
