Lion Doug and family,
Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. Although we never met Brenda, I am sure she was a lovely purpose and will be sorely missed.
In remembrance,

Doug and Donna and family, I've heard some precious stories about your wonderful mother/wife and I know she was a very special lady that will leave a void like no other. Dad and I will be praying for your family in the days, weeks and months ahead as you both embark on this new journey. I'm so thankful that God promises are true and that this isn't goodbye.

My heart aches for all of you because I can't believe she is gone. She was such a beacon of light for your family and one of the funniest women I know. Please know that my heart breaks for each of you and you are in my thoughts and prayers. I wish I could be there to pay my respects but I am chronically ill and in a Nursing home. Blessings,

Brenda was a joy to work with bringing knowledge, laughter, family stories and friendship to work each and every day! Regardless of the circumstances she always had a smile and a humorous sidebar that kept stability among all those she guided in work. Brenda was brilliant in her knowledge and instilled a level of confidence to her clients and fellow employees who depended on her daily. Family was everything to Brenda. She was so very proud of Ike/Doug and his career and his commitment to their community of Vinton. The Ike Anita stories she shared with an infectious laugh and a twinkle in her eye recounted earlier years and gambling on cruise ships just to name a couple. Brenda worshiped her children and the grandchildren in her life. Regardless of the relationship everyone in Brenda's life was greeted with smiles and a welcome. When I asked Brenda on our phone calls what she was doing- the response was always the same...."Just sitting here looking pretty"!
It made me smile as does that memory! We will miss you Brenda but we are all better for having known you and being Blessed by your presence. To your family Peace be with you!

Family was so important to Brenda. Throughout the day at work, she always shared something about her family. Brenda was a beautiful person and a wonderful friend. We loved her sense of humor, kept us in stitches most of the time. Prayers lifted to your loved ones left behind. Sending you my love. Maggie

Doug, Donna, Mikey and Anita,
No words can soothe your anguish, but know your grief is shared by many. It was a true pleasure knowing Brenda through the years. In some ways, she helped raise a nest full of rescue brats. Those memories shall always be cherished. May God strengthen you in the days ahead.

So very sorry to hear the news of Brenda's passing. She was a delight to work with and always made our job a little easier. I will remember her most for her sense of humor as she could say the funniest things and have you in tears. I can still hear her laugh. Ike, I hope you and the family find comfort in the memories you have made and know that we are sending prayers and hugs your way.
