Brenda Mihalopoulos

Brenda Mihalopoulos, 60, passed away on June 11, 2025, in Boston, Massachusetts, after a short stay at Brigham & Women's Hospital.

Born on September 5, 1964, Brenda grew up in Hull with a deep appreciation for creativity and curiosity. She married Ernest and moved to Weymouth, having a child in 1993. She found joy in sewing and DIY crafting, often creating thoughtful handmade items that reflected her unique spirit. Her love for animals was evident to all who knew her, as was her fascination with ancient Egypt-a subject she explored with enthusiasm and wonder.

Brenda had a lifelong affection for science-fiction movies and rock music, interests that brought her both comfort and excitement. These passions were more than hobbies; they were part of the vibrant tapestry of who she was.

She dedicated many years to working in customer service, where she built lasting relationships with colleagues and customers alike. Her warmth and dedication left a lasting impression on those she worked with, and she will be deeply missed by the vast array of friends and coworkers whose lives she touched.

Brenda was preceded in death by her beloved husband Ernest and both of her parents. She is survived by her son Mike; her sister-in-law Magda; and her best friend Retta, each of whom held a special place in her heart.
